The following are general terms and conditions that applies to all franchisees.
Royalty fee is a sum equivalent to 15% of the Gross receipts plus applicable tax, if any, of the total revenue.
All payments received are non-refundable and considered fully earned.
The franchisee shall pay all the expenses for opening and operating the Play School.
It should be ensured that the Play School staff attends on site and off site trainings as required by us.
The franchisee shall not interfere with the standards, guidelines and recommendations as prescribed by us.
No other e-Zone Play School shall be granted permission within a radius of 2 kilometers.
Our visiting teams will supervise, evaluate and monitor academic and other activities in the Play School periodically.
At all times adequate insurance cover is to be maintained as may be required by applicable laws.
